The role
Responsibilities included hands-on training, guides and digital learning materials, support for safety and regulatory standards, and adapting programmes in response to performance feedback. The role also needed to help teams put company values into practice in the guest experience.
Who we looked for
We looked for trainers or operational team leaders who could facilitate sessions, create multimedia learning content and coach a range of frontline teams. English and the local language of the work location were required.
