I'm Matteo. When you work with MVRK, you work directly with me, from our first conversation about the role to the person you hire.
I've spent the last ten years working with businesses that are growing, changing, or both. Before MVRK, I worked at Frazer Jones, Gartner, and Winning Acuity across commercial and talent roles.
Today, I focus on HR recruitment. Most of my searches are for roles that are new to the business. I help clients work out what they need and introduce them to HR professionals whose experience fits.
Before the search
We'll talk about what prompted the hire, what the person will own, and what support they'll have. If parts of the brief are unclear or unrealistic, we'll work through them together.

“As the first Chief People Officer of Arcese Group, I was tasked with centralizing HR, rolling out Workday and related systems, and injecting perspective from outside logistics. I partnered with Matteo (now MVRK) to build both the leadership layer and the operating engine. He delivered four cornerstone hires: a Global Head of Talent, a Global Head of Rewards, a Senior HRBP for our Rovereto logistics hub, and a Corporate HR Manager for our global HQ in Basiano. Matteo challenged my brief, pushed for the right trade-offs, and delivered outcomes that reshaped HR at Arcese and lasted well beyond my tenure.”
