Placement Overview

Appointed a senior Head of HR to lead the £25m UK arm of a $1B+ Italian family-owned multinational. The role required deep expertise in UK employment law and the ability to act as a strategic advisor to group leadership on employee relations, reward structures, and talent attraction across the region. Critically, the hire also needed to bring strong change leadership skills to stabilise the business and support the UK team through a period of disruption following the sudden departure of the regional Managing Director.
