We recruited a learning leader to shift the focus from compliance training towards building skills and developing leaders. The company wanted stronger internal talent pipelines and a clearer plan for leadership succession.
The Head of L&D introduced development frameworks, built internal academies and launched programmes for high-potential employees across global divisions. This gave employees more ownership of their development and helped the business retain talent and make learning part of everyday work.
