About the Role
- We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential company operating in the media and telecommunications sector, currently transitioning to a fully Agile organizational model.
- As an Agile People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders, HR, and Agile teams to embed Agile principles into people practices and day-to-day operations. The role sits at the intersection of organizational design, leadership development, and cultural transformation, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, autonomy, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and HR leaders to translate Agile principles into effective people practices
- Coach leaders, managers, and teams on Agile ways of working and mindset
- Support the integration of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) into HR processes such as performance management, onboarding, and learning
- Enable iterative planning, feedback cycles, and continuous improvement across teams
- Contribute to the organization’s Agile transformation roadmap in collaboration with Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and People Partners
- Support change management and cultural adoption through clear communication and engagement
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent, Learning & Development, Total Rewards) to simplify processes and remove friction
- Use people data and insights to identify trends in engagement and performance, feeding learnings into retrospectives and improvement cycles
Must Haves
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partner or People Partner roles within complex or fast-evolving organizations
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (e.g. squads, tribes, cross-functional teams)
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Track record of coaching leaders and teams on Agile mindset and behaviours
- Data-driven and experimental approach to HR, comfortable with iteration and adaptation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
- Fluency in Italian and English

- Experience in multinational or high-growth environments
- Background in media, telecommunications, or digital businesses
- Exposure to organizational design or large-scale Agile transformations
