About the Role

  • Act as a strategic partner to Finance and HR by overseeing workforce cost planning, tracking, and optimization across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze personnel-related costs, including salaries, benefits, and headcount budgets
  • Partner with HRBPs and Finance to ensure alignment between workforce planning and financial forecasts
  • Track FTE movements, contractor spend, and organizational changes to maintain accurate cost reporting
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic restructuring initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of workforce cost dashboards and reporting tools
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and labor cost regulations

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, Finance, or FP&A with a strong focus on cost control and workforce planning
  • Deep understanding of compensation structures, headcount tracking, and budgeting cycles
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in HRIS and financial systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance, and Operations
  • Fluency in English; other European languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to navigate complex matrix environments

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Workday, or similar HR and financial platforms
  • Background in global organizations or shared service environments
  • Prior involvement in restructuring, M&A, or transformation projects
