About the Role
- Act as a strategic partner to Finance and HR by overseeing workforce cost planning, tracking, and optimization across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze personnel-related costs, including salaries, benefits, and headcount budgets
- Partner with HRBPs and Finance to ensure alignment between workforce planning and financial forecasts
- Track FTE movements, contractor spend, and organizational changes to maintain accurate cost reporting
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic restructuring initiatives
- Lead the implementation of workforce cost dashboards and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and labor cost regulations
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Finance, or FP&A with a strong focus on cost control and workforce planning
- Deep understanding of compensation structures, headcount tracking, and budgeting cycles
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in HRIS and financial systems
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance, and Operations
- Fluency in English; other European languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to navigate complex matrix environments
Nice to Haves
- Experience with SAP, Workday, or similar HR and financial platforms
- Background in global organizations or shared service environments
- Prior involvement in restructuring, M&A, or transformation projects
