About the Role

• Lead the regional people strategy to drive workforce engagement and cultural transformation across the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement people strategies aligned with global and regional goals
• Attract, recruit, and onboard top talent to drive business growth
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes trust and collaboration Lead learning, development, and succession planning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across the Benelux region and advise on employee relations

Must Haves

• Fluency in Dutch and English; Italian is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in senior HR roles, including talent acquisition and employee development
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg
• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, coaching, and project management skills
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and cultural transformation

Nice to Haves

• Fluency in Italian
• Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments
• Background in wellness, fitness, or related industries
