## Search context

The organisation was adopting a fully Agile model. It needed a People Partner who understood HR and the daily work of squads, tribes and cross-functional teams, and could help leaders make practical decisions through the change.

## The role

The brief covered organisational design, coaching leaders and teams, and applying Agile principles to performance, onboarding and learning. The People Partner would support the transformation plan and work with HR centres of expertise to improve processes, using people data and feedback to guide further changes.

## Who we looked for

We looked for experienced HR business partners who had worked directly in Agile environments, understood Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, and had coached leaders through organisational change. Italian and English fluency were essential.
