The Human Capital team needed a specialist who could connect immediate hiring needs with longer-term workforce supply, succession and organisational plans. The role reported to the Head of HR Strategy & Rewards, with responsibility for a small blended team.

## The role

The brief covered recruitment strategy and end-to-end delivery, agency performance, talent pipelines, workforce forecasting, job-family planning, succession, workforce reporting and SuccessFactors data quality. The specialist would also advise senior management on workforce trends and staffing risk.

## Who we looked for
