## Search context

The organisation needed an individual contributor who could work across the full learning and organisational development cycle in a complex industrial business. The role reported to the Head of Learning & Development and included advising leaders and employees across the company.

## The role

The brief covered competency frameworks, assessment methods, learning-needs analysis, blended learning design, leadership programmes and evaluation of learning. Responsibilities also included communicating change, overseeing development processes and supporting nationalisation and localisation initiatives.
