## Search context

The client runs seasonal outdoor-hospitality businesses across Europe. It needed a recruiter to handle high hiring volumes and seasonal deadlines across the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Germany, taking local differences into account.

## The role

The brief covered support with defining roles, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding and recruitment reporting for seasonal and operational teams. Building working relationships with operations managers across the three markets was central to the role.
