We recruited a Head of HR for the £25m UK arm of a $1B+ Italian family-owned multinational. The role called for deep knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to advise group leadership on employee relations, reward structures and talent attraction in the region.

The regional Managing Director had left suddenly. The business also needed someone who could lead through that disruption, help stabilise operations and support the UK team.
