## **About the Role**

- Lead the regional people strategy to drive workforce engagement and cultural transformation across the Benelux region.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design and implement people strategies aligned with global and regional goals
- Attract, recruit, and onboard top talent to drive business growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes trust and collaboration Lead learning, development, and succession planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws across the Benelux region and advise on employee relations

**Must Haves**

- Fluency in Dutch and English; Italian is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in senior HR roles, including talent acquisition and employee development
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, coaching, and project management skills
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and cultural transformation

**Nice to Haves**

- Fluency in Italian
- Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments
- Background in wellness, fitness, or related industries
